Cycle
The cycle GUI displays the positions of the cycles and allows you to rearrange them.

Save |
Saves the current cycle group to a folder including all the configuration files and motor positions |
Load |
Loads the cycle group |
Cycle Name |
Adds a name for the cycle group |
Start |
Initiates scanning the cycle group for one repetition of the cycles. |
Table |

Apply selected CFG |
Applies the configuration used for the cycle iteration that is currently selected from the table |
Clear cycles |
Clears the cycle iterations from the cycle group |
Move to selected |
Moves the stage to the position of the cycle iteration that is currently selected from the table |
Update selected |
Overwrites the cycle iteration selected from the table with the current motor position and acquistion configuration. |
Pre-Move Function |
Input a function handle to a function to execute during cycle acquisition before each move to the current cycle iteration |
Move Function |
Input a function handle to a function to execute in place of the default move function which moves the configured SI Motors to the sample position for each cycle iteration |
Post-Move function |
Input a function handle to a function to execute during cycle acquisition after each move to the next cycle iteration |
Time-Lapse
The time-lapse GUI
configures timelapses of cycles,
starts a timelapse,
and displays the progress of an ongoing timelapse

Total Iterations |
Use this to set the total number of cycles to execute in the next timelapse |
Period [minutes] |
Use this to set the number of minutes spanning between the starts of consecutive repetitions of the cycle |
Save All iterations of the cycle? |
check the box to override the cycle iterations configurations so that each cycle iterations’ acquisitions are saved. |
